My screens are blank.

Occasionally monitors connected to a laptop dock can display a blank screen, or if you disconnect your laptop, can leave a static desktop image on the screens.

1. Unplug the power from the dock and plug it back in, as this resets the dock. "Power cable is at the back of the dock, very bottom" This method is the most common fix.

2. Unplug the USB cable from the laptop and plugging back in to a different port or the same port.

3. if none of the above works, unplug your laptop, power off your screens and dock and power them all back on.
