I cannot send an email attachment?
Check the size of your attachment you are sending as outlook only allows up to 50MB file sizes.
Also with sending email attachments to others, their are limits on what you can send; Gmail:25MB - Yahoo:25MB - Outlook.com:20MB - Hotmail:10MB.
